As the Founder and Chairman of Stellar IT Solutions, Dipak oversees the executive management team's strategy and execution. Dipak brings over 20 years of experience in operations, management, and general administration. Through Dipak's leadership Stellar has grown over 100 ℅ every year in last 5 years.

Early in his career, Dipak rose through the ranks to become a Director at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). As a Director, Dipak was responsible for research and development of predictive analytics using regression and artificial intelligence to detect Insider Trading and Fraud in all three major US stock markets - Nasdaq, NYSE and Amex. His team developed many complex predictive models using various algorithms, theories, and statistical analysis, and heuristics.

Dipak is also an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry through his ownership of hotels and food establishments. Dipak currently serves on The Universities of Shady Grove Entrepreneurship Lab Advisory Council.

Dipak holds an MBA in Finance and Investment Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland College Park, an MS in Software Engineering, from Gujarat University in India, and a BS in Math and Physics from Gujarat University in India.
