Ed Wang has over 15 years of experience providing effective advice on legal strategies and corporate initiatives to the executive management of government contractors, IT companies (platforms, products, and services), public affairs and strategic consulting firms, non-profits, start-ups, and other small businesses.
A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, Ed uses his broad skill-set to develop proactive strategies that reduce and mitigate risks by evaluating courses of action and identifying appropriate responses.
He provides advice on transactions including negotiation of Federal contracts and subcontracts, IP licensing and technology transfers, and teaming, stock purchase, and JV agreements, and possesses the ability to explain complex legal matters to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
