Kishore has over 20 years of experience in leading various digital transformation programs including enterprise data analytics, data visualization, big data strategy and modernization using AWS cloud technologies. Prior to joining Stellar, Kishore worked at FINRA as a Senior Director where he led implementation of data analytics infrastructure, architecture, and analytics query tools for SEC rule 613 (CAT - consolidated audit trail), which is the largest financial database in the world. Leading the build of FINRA analytics ecosystem, Kishore collaborated with functional groups across enterprise and external stakeholders such as, SROs, SEC, broker-dealers & exchanges helping FINRA become analytics empowered regulator. Previously, Kishore worked at Morgan Stanley as a Business Intelligence consultant and as a data architect for NASDAQ where he engineered data warehousing solutions. Early on, Kishore co-founded Target CASE Technologies, a startup that grew from 2 to 50 employees in a year and developed several turnkey projects. Kishore holds Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science from University of Mysore, India. His other interests include watching cricket matches, playing tennis, and coaching middle schoolers on Lego Robotics.
